One year ago exactly...

I had a ectopic pregnancy burst my right tube.

I thought it was major indigestion...

but no, I was internally bleeding.

I suffered silently for 6 hours before going to the ER.

I had bled out 1.5 liters...

4:00 a.m. emergency surgery...right tube removed.

I am HAPPY to report that I am alive!

To celebrate, the kids and I had an ice cream party!

with HOT FUDGE!

Hot Fudge sauce:

1/2 cup Butter

1 cup sugar

2 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 cup Milk

Boil in saucepan until reaches SOFT BALL...

Remove from heat.

add 1 tsp vanilla

Stir like a maniac.

Pour over ice cream.

(you can pour onto a platter and let it cool 

and then eat by the spoonfuls too!)
