Christmas Ornament Frame wreaths!

I saw this on pinterest, bought a  BIG one from a friend, and just had to make a small one...or six! Take a frame, some colorful ribbon, some ornaments...  Hot glue the cluster at the top of the frame... add a ribbon to hang from...  And then find people to give them to... because you made so many! I might just start doorbell ditching people!    I love the non-traditional colors of these too!

Turns out, I liked it and decided to make it part of the annual decor! Stamped images are from The Greeting Farm!       Happy count down!

Mustache and Kissy lips Binky covers!

This was my husbands idea 3 years ago... He said "if he's going to suck on a binky, let's at least make it manly!" No child ever got more attention at  church than this little guy!  Thus was born the mustache and kissy lips  Binky Slipcovers! These just slip over the existing binky!  Get some for a baby you know! (Here) There are a variety of colors too! {this was the favorite binky!  not irritating or uncomfortable} While I don't have a step by step tutorial,  I am sure you crafty people can make one too!

Happy Thanksgiving and FREEBIES!

So, last night at 11, I had a major problem! I felt this terrible pain right in the center of my ribs... radiating through my whole torso. I could barely breathe...it hurt so bad! I had something similar to this in June on my trip to Texas. I called my parents and they rushed me to the hospital. As soon as we arrived, I puked. Then they rushed me through fast track and got me in a room. Because of the extreme chest pain they did an EKG and chest x-ray. The Doctor said it is probably  PLEURISY  Then he continues to say that it can be caused by a variety of things...like FUMES! "No Doctor, I haven't been spray painting...all day!"  Seriously, I had paint and glaze everywhere! So, yea...he said to take an anti-inflammatory  and to not paint for a while. And, I shouldn't "over-eat"... (...what?)  So, after a long night... Happy Thanksgiving! Hope you have a great day! Now we can officially get Chris...

30 Minute Miracle Rolls!

A friend of mine shared an amazing recipe with me--and I'm blabbing it all over blog land! I have felt like rolls were such a luxury... they took so long to mix, knead, rise, roll and rise...2 or 3 hours later... rolls that only last 10 minutes  once everyone smells them! So Angie gave me a 35 minute roll recipe. From start to finish! Here it is: Preheat oven to 400* In mixing bowl add: 1 3/4 C. Warm Water 1/4 C. sugar 1/2 C oil 3 Tbsp yeast (this is the yeast I use.  Instant yeast.) Let set for 15 minutes. The yeast will rise and grow.  Just after 1 minute! Then add: 1/2 Tbsp Salt 2 beaten eggs 5 1/4 C. Flour Mix. Roll out onto baking sheets. (golf ball size dough balls) Let rise for 10 minutes. Put into oven. Bake for 10 minutes! Makes about 40 rolls Now there is no excuse! You can have fresh rolls everyday! We love them so much, I haven't bought bread in months... my kids love lit...
