I love cinnamon rolls!
I mixed some up the other day, but before actually
reading through my recipe, I just
started adding ingredients...
only to discover, it was the recipe that
called for 14 cups of flour!
My mixer handled 12 cups, and I kneaded in the other 2!
after kneading for 10 minutes, I let it rise for an hour.
I split the dough in half...and froze half of it for later!
Then I split the half into fourths...
and rolled them into long rectangles
Then I mixed butter and brown sugar for the filling.
Rolled up and sliced.
Some I laid on a cookie sheet...
some I put in this decorative cupcake pan...
They rise an hour and a half...and then bake for 10 minutes.
I mixed up cream cheese frosting for the tops!
So yummy! Just what I wanted!
