I had been hoarding this blue butterfly fabric for years!
It was about time it got put to use
(although there is still enough of it
left for pajamas and a quilt!)
I used it to replace that black towel in the window.
I took 1 1/4 yards of black out curtain material...
I was blessed to find exactly what I needed
in the remnants bin at Hobby Lobby.
I gathered the butterfly material and sewed it right
on top of the blackout stuff.
no up close pics, it's not perfect!
A soft pillow to match in the corner...
And I backed a cool etched mirror to match...
This frame was $2.50 at the thrift store...
primed, painted and glazed it...
