But for my 9 year old's friend Christmas gift...
we went SUPER simple!
One piece of white paper (2 3/4 by 1 7/8)
one inch circle punch 
(punch hole and tape on as middle body)
7/8 inch circle punch
(head)
orange and black markers
 Easy!
