 Happy June!

I don't like to say "I can't believe it..."

but I will say, I am shocked that it is 

half way through 2012 already!

I guess just roughly 6 more months 

until the end of the world--right?

This is the time of year I start thinking 

and planning stuff for Christmas!

Crazy, yes--and it makes blogging about it difficult.

I'll do my best. anyhoo...

Here's something my hubby and I did to organize the TV room junk.

 

 For our TV/entertainment stand we used the same scrap MDF

 that we used for the lacy teacart and these curly picture frames...

We measured the wall, cut 2 boards the same length and width...

Added 6 vertical boards of the same measurements, 

and simply screwed them into place.

 Then spray painted it black...it looked pretty cloudy though.

For lack of wanting to roll on paint to give it a better coating, 

I just filled the spaces and put a runner on top!

 Totally serves its purpose.
