We wanted to make a cupcake stand that wasn't so
delicate and girly for Father's Day!
Something a man could appreciate!
So we upcycled some cardboard tubes and used
paper plates with a cup on top!
Best part, we can recycle it later!
Totally classy.
The good stuff:
Pretzel Crust Cheesecake bites!
Crust:
1/2 cup butter
2 cups crushed pretzels
2 tbsp brown sugar
Mix ingredients and press into cupcake liners
Scoop a spoonful in the liners and press with
fingers to smash it all together.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 350*
Cool, then add cheesecake filling!
Filling:
1 pkg cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup greek vanilla yogurt
2 cups whipped topping
2 cups whipped topping
Mix well and scoop on top of crust!
Add some whipped cream and strawberries!
And some cute little eaters!
Big success!
And serve it in style!
