I love these wide mouth half pints!
So cute.
I did a Pretzel Crust:
1/4 cup butter
1 cup crushed pretzels
1 tbsp brown sugar
Press into 5 half pint jars.
Bake in oven for 20 minutes at 350*
Cool, then add cheesecake filling!
Filling:
1 pkg cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
2 cups whipped topping
2 cups whipped topping
Mix well and scoop on top of crust!
Top with strawberries and more whipped topping!
So pretty! Always the season for cheesecake!
