Lace and Pearl Collar Necklace!

Easy Collar Necklace using Wholeport's lace collar

This applique could be sewn right onto the desired shirt/dress...
but making it a necklace is the PERFECT for versatility!

 You'll need about 3 inches of 1/4" elastic.
Button.
Needle and thread.

Sew the button on the top of the collar.

 Sew the elastic like a loop on the other side.

 Latches on perfectly!

Wear it like a necklace.
