Make a gorgeous Leather Bow Bracelet!
I love leather.
I have a leather pillowcase that is super cold in the summertimes.
My husband does lots of leather work.
Recently he went through and discarded some scraps...into my hands!
And I started by making this adorable bow bracelet!
To begin,
You will need this bow pattern!
(works great to throw into Silhouette studio and trace outside edge for a cuttable image...perfect for paper and other fun)
Okay, so right click and save this off.
I used scrap leather.
I know they sell scrap leather in bags at stores...
Trace on my pattern.
I used a sharp razor to cut it out carefully.
ta da!
It basically folds into itself, like this.
I used hot glue to keep it in place.
Like this.
Add a skinny strip for the center and hot glue it on the underside as well.
Then 2 lengths of chain...about 5 inches each.

In through the bow loops and then hooked with a jump ring on both sides.
With a hook or clasp at one end.
Simple. Just like this.
If you don't have chain...you could use ribbon, twine or yarn!
Super cute!
I love the leather/chain combo!
Perfectly chic. Great for gifts!
