Ribbon Woven Cake Display Stand!

I found this metal planter pot stand at the thrift store.
I had a cheap candlestick on hand.

I used E6000 glue...

Marked the center of the underside of the plate with an x.

Put a ring of glue around the top edge of the candlestick...
and placed it over the center of the plate.

Then I had some ribbon from Pick Your Plum...

And wove it in and out of the scallops!

Perfect and pretty for a party!

I love woven plates!
