Frozen Peanut Butter Cups!
Seriously so good!
If you love a chocolate and peanut butter combo...this is for you!
You will need:
12 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons coconut oil
(if you aren't a fan of coconut oil flavor, you can use real butter)
1/4 cup powdered sugar
(and a cupcake pan and liners)
Makes 12 cupcake sized cups!
(and that makes them about 244 calories each...oh dear!)
Okay, put the cupcake liners in the tray...
Melt your chocolate chips.
Plop 1 smallish spoonful of chocolate in each liner...tap the pan on
Mix the peanut butter, I added some chopped peanuts too,
coconut oil and powdered sugar. Okay, once chocolate is in...freeze for 15 minutes.
Remove and add the peanut butter mixture...freeze again for 15 minutes...
Then add the remaining chocolate on top...freeze again for 15 minutes!
Then remove from liners...
And eat!
Keep in freezer until ready to serve...they are
soft and creamy and melt so fast!
So satisfying you wont need much to curb your sweet tooth!
Next time I make them, I will do them in smaller liners--and then just eat more!
