How to Wear a Tiara or Crown!
Another reason to dress up every day!
We received this gorgeous, stunning rhinestone crystal tiara in exchange for this post.
It's from Beneleaf, they specialize in skin care
but have this gorgeous crown to compliment any complexion!
My daughter and I were thrilled...who doesn't want to wear a crown?
 This crown is amazing!
High quality, super shiny, bridal grade.
This would be perfect for a costume, as I believe that good accessories make the costume!
But also for a wedding, pageant, prom, or quinceanera--or any day of the week that ends in "y"!

 It is called a swan...but I think it's a peacock.
It's got plumes of feathers on it's head.
It's 2 1/2 inches tall at the peak and 8 inches across of sparkly rhinestones.
The largest crystal in the center is 1/2 inch wide and 3/4 inch tall.
It is a substantial size!
Okay, so my daughter and I regularly wear crowns and tiaras.
I always wear one on my birthday or mother's day.
This one is tiny...
And I make my children address me as "Your Majesty" or "Your Highness"
and they are basically my slaves for the day.
It's fun!
Here's how we secure the tiara to hair.
Set the crown in place with the combs in hair.
Pull some hair from the front to sweep across the front
And bobby pin in place.
Next, take a small section of hair near the swept back section and twist slightly and
pull up and over the band of the tiara.
Push a bobby pin close to the head, tightly in the opposite direction of the hair.
Repeat on the other side of the tiara.
These 4 bobby pins alone will prevent the crown from slipping around.
Great for leaving hair down...but at this point you can do an updo too!
It's perfection!
Ready to wear for whatever reason...like church!
My daughter wore this to church yesterday and got so much attention.
Some kids asked her why she was wearing a crown...
she exclaimed with much confidence "Because it's shiny!"
