I taped mine to a 2 3/8" scallop and then taped on a toothpick!
Just sink into the cupcakes for instant adorableness.
We used a blue velvet cake mix and some cream cheese frosting!
Easy peasy!
I used big skewers and washi tape to make a bunting perfect for a cake!
