You will need:
Graham Cracker Pie crust
Caramel:
3/4 cup of brown sugar

1/4 cup of Heavy cream
Chocolate Ganache:
1 (12 oz) package of semisweet chocolate chips

Melt the butter and sugar in a saucepan until it bubbles. Then stir while boiling for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and stir in 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream. Let the caramel cool for 15 minutes. Then pour into crust and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Next, make the ganache.
Place chocolate in a bowl. Pour one cup of heavy cream into saucepan and heat until bubbles form around the edges. Then pour the cream into the bowl of chocolate.
Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Then stir together until smooth and delightful!
Pour the ganache over the frozen caramel pie.
Then return to the freezer for 30 minutes...or just place in the refrigerator overnight if you can stand to wait to eat it!
Cut with a warm knife and serve. It is wonderful and delicious!
Super rich too--maybe cut the entire pie into 16 pieces.
