Paper flowers are gorgeous, they can take up as little or as much space as desired and they are SUPER budget friendly--seriously, we can make big flowers with almost no money at all.

Paper flowers are one of my most favorite crafts to make. I love them because they are so budget friendly...it's just paper!
I am super allergic to flowers...I get body aches and headaches just from having them around me. Paper flowers to the rescue!
I love adding paper flowers to my home décor, front door wreath's, baby showers, bridal showers, weddings, events, birthday parties and other fun party decorations. DIY is the way to go.
Paper flowers can be made of lots of different types of paper.
Cardstock flowers, Tissue paper, crepe paper, napkins, copy paper, coffee filters and much more.

Paper Flowers are so much fun!
They are bright and colorful--or completely white!
For people like me, they are the only way to enjoy flowers without having awful allergies. I get head and body aches and almost flu-like symptoms when I am around something smelly for long.
Flowers are so beautiful and it makes me so sad that I can't enjoy fresh flowers inside my home. I can combat that with making paper flowers. They are perfection for Springtime!

Coffee Filter Flowers
Coffee filters flowers are super cheap and easy to make.
They can be colored any color scheme, so they are perfect for decorating for events, wedding showers, baby showers or home and nursery decor.
They come together really quick, so they check all the boxes for an easy DIY.
These coffee filter flowers are a medium flower and only need a pair of scissors, a stapler and coffee filters to make.
Food coloring and pipe cleaners optional.
Dahlia Paper Flower Wreath
This bright Dahlia wreath is perfect for Spring decor on the front door or in the entry way.
It's a large sunburst of color and perfect for the daughter's nursery in any color schemes you can imagine.
It's simple to make and just takes a few supplies. A sheet of paper for each roll, some cardboard for the base of your flower, fringed paper for the flower center...and a hot glue gun with a hot glue stick or two.
Paper cutter is super useful too!
Giant Peony Flowers
I love paper crafts. Paper is very economical and a great way to make a big statement.
These finished flowers are big, a foot in diameter!
They are bright colored and very easy to make...and the best part is they only require 3 supplies: pieces of paper, scissors and hot glue.

Giant Paper Poinsettia
I love to decorate with paper!
It's inexpensive and can create such a statement--and it's easy to make giant paper flowers or flowers of different sizes.

The fringed centers and large petals make this one of the largest flowers I've created--plus it has glitter added to the sides of the petal!

Paper is one of my favorite crafting mediums.
It's inexpensive and always plentiful, at least at my house.
I love the bright colors, the glitter, the double sided, patterned and simple paper.
DIY paper flowers are easy to make with cut files and a electronic cutting machine.
Quilling is not for the faint of heart--it's a little bit of work and if you can't see up close you may have a hard time.
It takes forever! But it is so cute--with little small petals and flower stem...or you can make completely different looks.

Paper pinwheels are not flowers, but they offer the same vibe as a paper craft that makes a big impact with minimal expense.

I love making beautiful flowers out of paper, they are bright and cheery and look beautiful.

Because these are machine cut, the entire flower is very symmetrical.
These rolled flowers create a perfect 3D effect and they are the easiest way to make easy paper roses from pieces of craft paper.
3D Flower Snowflake Bunting!
These "snowflakes" actually look a lot like flowers--especially because of the kind of paper I used!
They are 3D and layered, so they have the perfect effect.
They can be made different ways, with a different center of your flower and decorated on the opposite side too, so they can be a free hanging bunting over a tablescape.
Crepe Paper Flowers
These crepe paper flowers are gorgeous.
They look so much prettier and delicate than silk flowers and have the same effect as a fresh bouquet of flowers on the table.
I took a class from Lia Griffith back in 2018 and learned how to make these Italian Crepe Paper flowers using the Cricut.
The flower petals can have different petal shapes to create the most real flowers.
Paper Flowers Made with Cricut Joy
These are tiny little rolled paper flowers made with a colored piece of paper.
The edges of your petals are round and symmetrical, making these very pleasing to adhere to anything.
Once you make the first flower, the others are straight forward and simple.
Cricut has a few free paper flower templates that work great for this type of flower.
Giant Coffee Filter Flower

Giant Flowers
These ginormous paper flowers were the first paper flowers I ever made.
Back in 2012, I made a bunch of these big paper flowers for my daughter's princess birthday party!
It was gorgeous and the flowers really did make a big impact.
Each of the largest petals are made with a full sheet of paper glued on cardboard as the base of the flower.
Big paper flowers are easy to hang on the wall or from the ceiling using command strips.
Easy to set up and flawless to take down.
I had them up in my craft room for years after the party as well.
Tissue Paper Poinsettia Flowers
Easy tissue paper flowers are the perfect craft for all ages...well, older kids and up.
These can be made of many different colors of tissue paper to make a gorgeous bouquet.
The petal shapes can be cut differently to mimic several different types of flowers too.
These have floral wire wrapped with washi tape in the base of the flower to make a sturdy stem, great for arranging in a vase.
All that's needed is a few sheets of tissue paper, scissors, wire and hot glue.
Succulent Wreath Kit
Get inspired by this succulent wreath kit that was die cut and sent to me by CTMH, sad that they are closing forever next month.
This wreath turned out gorgeous and it's something you can easily DIY if you have a Cricut Maker!
Cut the wreath form with the knife blade out of basswood or chipboard.
Then cut out all the leaves, rolled flowers and succulents.
There are lots of perfect cut files in Cricut Access.
Paper Flower Wall Backdrop
A flower photo backdrop wall is the perfect addition to any party, wedding, event or decor.
I love the brightly colored paper flowers on this wall.
The flowers are all different shapes and sizes, with leaves and tassels.
The large flowers have cardboard backing and smaller flowers are hot glued right onto the cardboard to group them in clusters.
The single petals range in size from a quarter of a piece of paper to a full piece of paper--some have more and some have fewer petals.
These are all made of colored paper, regular weight, so they are easy to curl the petals to make the perfect flower shape.
Rolled Paper Flowers with Cricut
Rolled paper flowers are a breeze to make with the Cricut, since there are so many 3D cut files available.
They are easy to assemble, just some rolling and hot glue.
Of all my DIY paper flower tutorials, this one is easy and effortless if you have the Cricut.
Book Page Rosettes
Book page flowers or newsprint are so fanciful and fun!
The letters on the pages, the gold accent on the petal edges and the little pearl right in the center of the spiral bring it all together.
These are typically on the small side, as they are made from actual book pages.
Get a book from the garbage pile, at a yard sale or thrift store that already has torn pages or missing pages and use it for beautiful, creative crafting.
Let those book pages have more life.
