Happy Best Friends Day!  The perfect way to celebrate is with Lego Friends.  I love Lego sets and the cute little accessories that come in each package.  Lego Friends are adorable.  Check out Lego here. They have little pets and have more feminine minifigures.  The colors are vibrant and bright...but make sure to save the box!  That's right, save the cardboard to make fun postcards for your friends!

Begin by roughly cutting the box apart, but keeping the top surface in tact.

Then use a paper cutter to trim the folded edges.  Standard postcard size is 5.8 inches by 4.1 inches.  Cut them to the standard size.

Then use scissors to round off each corner.

Turn the card over and draw an off-center line.  On the right side, write the address and affix a postcard stamp.  (Generally less price than a forever stamp)

Use the left side of the card to write a quick note to a friend!  Awesome way to celebrate Best Friends Day!  Did you ever have a penpal?
