Sending owls in the Wizarding World is amazing. Just pen a beautiful hand written letter with a quill on parchment and then have a majestic owl deliver it! Amazing, right!? It's still really exciting to get mail in the mailbox that isn't just bills. Hallmark is making it much easier to send owls because on August 30th, you'll find Hallmark cards at the Dollar Tree!

There are over 6,500 Dollar Tree stores nationwide and on August 30th every store will carry Expressions from Hallmark, $1 each and Heartline a Hallmark company, 2 for $1. With hundreds of new greeting cards to choose from, you can celebrate every moment with your friends and family without breaking the bank!

Let's add a little Harry Potter magic to the front of the envelope!

Begin by drawing 2 parallel swish lines:

Then close the ends of the ribbon off:

Add the next layer of the ribbon:

Draw lines connecting the ribbon layers:

Next draw the ends of the ribbon as the next layer "step":

Trace in black marker:

Use the technique for the envelope!

Fill in the address below the ribbon. Use a vintage scrolling calligraphy font for details, but keep the address written very plain and clear for ease of "owl" delivery.
