Cinnamon Candied Almonds with Farberware Cookware

Cinnamon candied nuts are the best.  They smell divine and taste so sweet!  Perfect holiday snack or treat for party or event.  These can be made with any type of nut, I chose almonds.  Featuring Farberware cookware.
I received this 12 piece set from Farberware for this post.  My plan was to save them in the box for my daughter when she moves out in about 5 years...but these are great pans and I'm pretty tempted to just use them myself!
Let's get started on these nuts.  They cook on the stovetop in just the 10" frying pan.

You will need:

1 cup of Brown Sugar
2 teaspoons of Cinnamon
 1/2 teaspoon of Salt
4 Tablespoons of Water
3 Cups Almonds (or other nuts)
Put all the ingredients right into the frying pan.
Then bring the heat up to a medium high heat.
Stir with a silicone scraper until combined smoothly.
Bring the mixture to a rapid boil.
Pour the 3 cups of nuts right into the boiling mixture and boil for 3 minutes.
Then pour and spread out on a sheet of parchment paper.
Let the nuts cool completely and then break into pieces.  Serve immediately or seal in an airtight container for later.  Enjoy the sweet smelling house too!
Perfect for holiday party snacking!
