These sweet and savory meatballs perfect for appetizers at a party or piled on a hoagie roll for the best meatball sub. Best part, these are super simple and quick!
Perfect meal for a busy school night, party or just because.
Ingredients:
- Meatballs (Costco size bag)
- 1 Jar of Grape Jelly
- 1 Bottle of Barbecue Sauce
- 1 Crockpot
Step 1: Sauces!
Pour the whole bottle of barbecue sauce and the entire jar of grape jelly into the crock pot.
Step 2: Mix!
Whisk the 2 ingredients together until combined and fairly smooth.
The grape jelly and barbecue sauce seem like unlikely friends...but they are the best combo!
Then add the meatballs, stirring while adding to coat them all in the sauce.
Set the Crockpot for high for 3 hours. Serve warm.
Awesome for parties! Leftovers save easily and can even be refrozen.
