Maleficent Horns Silhouette Logo "Well Well" Decal
Maleficent 2: Mistress of Evil comes out on October 18th and it's perfectly timed for Halloween. Maleficent is such a great villain, she is spooky, mysterious and has a lot of untapped power that you aren't quite sure where it comes from. I loved the cartoon version of Maleficent in Sleeping Beauty, she has a green face and has black and purple...hey, maybe that's where the purple and green Halloween colors stemmed from! I love the black and orange combo accompanied with purples and greens! Make your coffee tumbler, car bumper or laptop look a little spookier and cooler with this Maleficent horns silhouette "Well Well" decal. So, I've been highlighting my old Maleficent posts this week, including the young version of Maleficent...wearing brown and with big, impressive wings! Young Maleficent
This cosplay DIY was so much fun to work on with my daughter. She picked the costume idea and helped me find all the parts. Can you believe that she is wearing a thrifted scarf as her dress!?
Maleficent
I dressed my sister in law up like Maleficent from the live action movie too...she was so supportive and did an awesome job on her cheekbone makeup. I love the shiny green feathers, they match the staff's green glow perfectly!
Maleficent Staff
This staff is one of my best posts. It's an upcycled vase filled with a dollar store LED light and stuck on a dowel. Then added some fun details and paint. It's simple and super impressive. Complete with the perching crow, Diaval. Perfection!
Okay, here's the decal I designed. Her classic line "Well, Well" is in both Sleeping Beauty and in the Live-Action Maleficent movie. It's iconic and ominous. I hand-lettered the script and sliced it onto the silhouette outline of the Maleficent horns. Right click to save off, personal use only.
Simply upload the design into Cricut Design Space and import it as a simple cut file. Then size it to the desired size and have the Cricut Maker cut it out.
I place the transfer tape right on top of the vinyl without weeding first.
Then reverse weeded the image by peeling the transfer tape with the image attached.
I had to touch up the script with the weeding tool.
Clean the surface with rubbing alcohol, then place the decal design on the surface of your choice. I'm using a tumbler, but this is great on glass or the car bumper.
Then peel off the transfer tape and boom, totally done. It's awesome! Feel free to use this image on a shirt too, just mirror the image and cut out of iron-on vinyl. I love Sleeping Beauty, but Cinderella and Tangled are my favorite. What is your favorite Disney movie?
That's it!
