Triple Chocolate Fudge Bundt Cake Recipe!
Hands down, this is the best cake recipe...if you love chocolate! It's actually 4 types of chocolate...but you can make the cake without the fudge topping, so I'm calling it triple.This is an amped up cake mix recipe. Cake mixes aren't too bad if you add some fun things to them to make them better. This is a quick cake to make and perfect for holiday parties because it's THAT special.
1 small box of instant chocolate Pudding
1/2 cup warm Water
1/2 cup Canola oil
4 beaten Eggs
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 cups semi sweet mini chocolate chips
Mix:
1 Devils Food Cake Box Mix1 small box of instant chocolate Pudding
1/2 cup warm Water
1/2 cup Canola oil
4 beaten Eggs
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 cups semi sweet mini chocolate chips
Step 1: Bake the Cake!
Mix above listed ingredients and pour contents into a greased bundt cake pan. Bake at 350* for one hour...or until toothpick comes out clean.Then let the cake cool for about 15 minutes. Then cut off the top center as needed to make flat surface.
Then invert the cake onto a cakestand.
The bundt should come out cleanly. It's pretty and tasty on it's own.
Step 2: Cover in Fudge Sauce
Fudge sauce:
1/2 cup Butter
1 cup sugar
2 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup Milk
Boil in saucepan until reaches SOFT BALL or 235*F
Remove from heat.
add 1 tsp vanilla and a pinch of salt.
Stir like a maniac until it cools.
Pour over cake and let it drip down the sides.
