Naruto Akatsuki Robe Cloud Hoodie with Cricut Layered Iron-on Vinyl!

Make a Naruto Akatsuki cloud with layered Cricut iron-on vinyl to add the perfect anime spark to your clothes. Our house is full of anime fans! My teens love Naruto, My Hero Academia, Soul Eater, FairyTail, Full Metal Alchemist, and a slew of other ones. Because anime merch can be harder to find, we make it ourselves using a Cricut and EasyPress 2.

When I went to New York City in October, I walked past the Coach store, which was already closed. I was surprised to see a Naruto Coach jacket on display. This super amazing jacket is $800 more than I can afford, but if I ever find it at a thrift store, I'll pick it up! I love the black embroidery on the black jacket.

So let's put the Akatsuki cloud symbol on a hoodie. Right click to save off these silhouette images. Personal use only. The plain one is in white.

Then this curly one in red.

Upload the images into Cricut Design Space and save them as a cut file. Import both of them into a new canvas at the same time. Change the colors and then overlap them. If you need or want to change the size, do them both at the same time so the ratio's stay the same.

Then cut the images out of iron on vinyl. Mirror the images and cut them with the plastic side on the mat.

Then warm up the desired hoodie and place the white cloud in place.

Then press the vinyl with the EasyPress 2 for the recommended time.

Then let the iron-on cool down and remove the carrier sheet. Then place the red iron-on on the cloud and make sure all the vinyl is covered. Press again. Then turn the hoodie over and iron it for half the time or about 15 seconds.

Then let it cool down completely and remove the carrier sheet.

Then you have the best akatsuki robe inspired hoodie for the anime loving human in your life.

It's super cute and makes a great statement. She loves wearing this hoodie around town and having so many other people love it and notice it. It's a great way to find the other anime fans in the world. My husband says the symbol looks like a hot fart, so that's pretty funny too.
