Mandalorian Baby Yoda Birthday Party DIY!
DIY a Mandalorian and Baby Yoda themed birthday party! Nothing is more adorable than Baby Yoda and he needs to be celebrated! Season 2 of the Mandalorian comes out at the end of the month, so get ready for an epic party!
If you are like me, you love the Mandalorian series on Disney Plus! Disney must not have expected the show to do as well as it did because there was no merchandise for it! I mean really, they had tons of merch for Return of Jafar...but nothing for Baby Yoda and the Mandalorian!?
There's a few things out there now, but let me show you how to DIY it!
Celebrate a birthday with a Baby Yoda themed party! This cute party is easy to set up and DIY to add fun Mandalorian themed elements that aren't available in stores.
Set up the party with these supplies:
Gold Tassel Garland (I use this in nearly every party I throw)
Letterboard (Perfect for customizing for every party or occasion)
Black Cake Stand DIY
Here's a quick video for the garland:
On the planet Sporgan, the krill farmers, all dressed in blue needed Mando's help. The brew a drink with the krill called Spotchka, so find something blue and label it.
Use the letterboard for the perfect quote, admit it, you read that in Mando's voice!
I can bring you in warm...or I can bring you in cold.
Make some party favors for the guests to take home too!
Make the cake topper using a Cricut Cutting Machine. I used a Star Wars font and made it have a background. Right click to save off these files, then load them into Cricut Design Space.
Cut out the layers on some sturdy cardstock.
Cut out the letters in bright yellow.
Then use some adhesive to attach the letters to the background. I'm using Tombow's Permanent Adhesive roller.
Of course it needs to read "this is the way" the creed of the Mandalorians.
Then hot glue a toothpick on the backside of the paper and insert it into the top of the layered cake.
Make a cool Mandalorian and Mudhorn banner with cardstock and black vinyl.
Cut out this image with a Cricut cutting machine. Right click to save off then load it into Cricut Design Space.
When I applied the vinyl to the cardstock, the transfer tape I used tore off some of the paper. So I went with it and distressed the edges.
Then hang it with some tacky putty on the table. I love this table, if you've been around my blog, you'll know I use it a lot! Here's how I made it...it's the perfect entry table and great for small parties too!
That's it!
