How to Use the Munbyn Thermal Bluetooth Printer for Stickers and Labels!

Learn how easy and cost effective it is to use the Munbyn Thermal Bluetooth Printer for making stickers and labels at home.

I received the Munbyn Bluetooth Thermal Label Printer ITPP941B in Pink in exchange for my honest review.

The learning curve was awesome--it's really plug and play.

Seriously, just install the app and connect through Bluetooth. 

Insert the labels and then get printing.

I did plug it into the computer with the USB cord and had a little more issue with it, mostly with sizing, probably because I was printing directly from photoshop.

It would print one and skip 2 labels, then print another. 

I switched to using my phone app and had absolutely no issues.

But printing from my phone app was easy, worked perfect and was a breeze--I mean, look at all the stickers I printed!

Okay, let's go through the details of the Munbyn Printer:

• I was so happy to get the pink Munbyn Thermal Bluetooth Printer, but it comes in white (with a black top) as well.

• The Munbyn Thermal Bluetooth Printer prints in 203 dpi, but you can get 300dpi from this Munbyn Thermal Bluetooth Printer on Amazon.

• Supports USB and Bluetooth connection.

• It prints FAST! Up to 72 labels per minute!

• No ink or toner is required, this is all done through heat--so it's really sustainable!

• It's portable! Use on site at events or take it wherever you go!

• It can be used for a variety of things--shipping labels, stickers, thank you, envelope seals, QR codes or even barcodes, address labels or organization!

Step 1: Using the Munbyn Thermal Bluetooth Printer App

First, download the Munbyn Print App from the ios or play store, called Munbyn Print.

Then connect the bluetooth.

Mine automatically found it, I entered the generic password it suggested and it connected perfectly.

Then simply click "create a label".

Step 2: Select and Design Label

Select the label you are designing from the list. 

It pretty much shows all the labels they sell in the various sizes.

Then design the label in the app or upload a picture.

I selected the flower label stickers-rainbow color.

The app is simple and walks you right through the creation process.

Then click the "image" button and upload an image onto the label.

It's easy to change the size, direction and make it fit perfectly on the label.

The Munbyn Thermal Bluetooth Printer only prints in black, so there was no reason to remove the background of the picture I drew.

Then click the preview and print button.

There's an arrow showing the "output direction" which is why I turned my image upside down, this doesn't matter though, because the sticker label is symmetrical.

Then you can select how many labels you want it to print.

Start with just one, and click print!

Make sure it's to your liking and then print off a bunch in just seconds!

I love having labels and stickers on hand to put on handmade gifts, packages and anything I do for my business.

Step 3: Organization Labels!

There are so many ways to use the Munbyn Thermal Bluetooth Printer stickers.

Let's start with organization.

For these labels, I printed one off at a time, changing the text in the app.

There is a variety of fonts and pre designed images, so you can get started right away.

I decided to organize some of my craft supplies.

I love the Gold Transparent sticker labels.

They are so pretty. 

I used 6 of them for my craft organization boxes.

They are sparkly gold and slightly see-through, so they are elegant.

I simply stuck them to my tote boxes for easy finding when I'm searching for supplies in my craft room.

The thermal printing is awesome, because there is no drying time needed.

Just print off the labels and stick them on the project immediately--no possibility of smearing!

I love how these various shapes, colors and sizes of totes all look like they match and belong together because they are labeled the same!

Step 4: Address Labels!

The Munbyn Thermal Bluetooth Printer is perfect for making address labels.

I will definitely be using this for my Christmas cards this year. 

I love how quickly I can print off a bunch of stickers and they are immediately ready to stick onto envelopes for mailing.

**Sidenote**

I did in fact, print out a shipping label too!

On the 4x6 white shipping labels (a few of them are included with the machine to get you started).

It was so easy to print off and stick to my package for shipping.

I did not take a picture because of the personal address information on it.

This printer is compatible with Etsy, eBay, Amazon, Shopify, USPS and more...plus companies like Shipstation and other shipping fulfillment software.

Step 5: Thank You Stickers!

Make your handmade sales much more special by adding a sticker to thank your customer.
I love this so much!

I was able to write out my own "thank you" in calligraphy (again, you can just use a font on the app) and upload it to create personal thank you stickers.

Step 6: Stickers for Handmade Gifts

There's nothing as fun for me as making handmade gifts.

I love baking treats and delivering some to friends and neighbors.

I usually give something baked during the holidays too...and trust me, I'll be printing out custom stickers for that too!

Goodies are a great way to say thank you.

They are perfect for birthdays...or just because!

Simply wrap a cookie in cellophane and stick a custom label on it.

**Sidenote**

You can totally do this with store bought cookies and it gives them the perfect personal touch!

The customizing of the stickers is so fun.

I love adding my own text, artwork and designs to the stickers.

Make it say Happy Holidays from the Nelson family--and then pass goodies out to all your neighbors.

Another fun idea:

Keep a little stack of "thank you" stickers in your purse to add to a tip at a restaurant!

Step 7: Other Ideas

If you have a small business, the Munbyn Thermal Bluetooth Printer is a must. 

Even if you aren't running a business, it's a lot of fun. Great for a crafter, card maker and scrapbooker!
