Black Friday Big Ticket Gift Ideas for the Crafter!
Here's some great gift ideas for you to gift yourself this holiday season!
Truth be told, I'm not a big advocate for over spending for the holidays, especially spending beyond ones means.
Living within ones means, thrifting, frugal spending and needed less are my mantras...but I own some big ticket items that I absolutely love.
Due to my frugal nature, I usually run a little side hustle so my big toys pay their rent.
I've got lost of posts on that too!

Big Ticket Items
If you are hoping some big ticket items can add value to your hobby, turn a passion into a profit or you have the means and want some new toys to try, check out this list.
These big ticket items range in price from $80-$2000.
Which one is your favorite?
Which ones do you already own?
Here's some of my favorite Big Ticket items:
Cricut Maker 3
Get the Cricut Maker 3.
It's got the adaptive tool set, it's getting the most support.
It's capable of so much fun!
The learning curve is fast, so you'll be wanting more if you settle for the other machines that don't have all the adaptive tools.
Cricut Venture
If you could ever possibly want to cut, draw and design BIG, this is the time to GET the Cricut Venture!
It can work with a full poster board at one time.
Definitely get the stand too.
I wish I could buy this for every school teacher I know!
Now is the time to buy---huge sale price!
xTool Laser Cutter
I got my xTool M1 Laser Cutter right before Christmas last year.
I was too scared to learn something new, so it sat unused for a couple months...but it's amazing!
I should have just opened it up and played with it that day.
It really is plug and play, there was a bit of new learning involved, but it's super versatile!
Last week I got the xTool S1 and unboxed it the same day--check out this full post here.
I got the software updated and configured it and did a bit of troubleshooting in about an hour...then I played with it all day and absolutely love it!
It's nice to have a dedicated laser with so many capabilities!
Do your research and make sure you know what kind of laser you are looking for.
Both of my lasers are diode lasers, they are cheaper and last much longer than CO2 lasers, but they can't cut clear, white, blue, translucent or metallic acrylic (although some craftsman have found tips, tricks and ways around those rules).
Check out this post on Laser Cutting Business, it goes through the different types of lasers.

If you've already been researching lasers and you've decided on xTool, now is the time to get one!
xTool F1 Portable Laser Cutter
xTool S1 20W or 40W (check out my post here)

Tombow Dual Brush Pens
I love this selection of colors in this mega case of Dual Brush Pens.
Great for hand lettering, watercolor, drawing and journaling.
These are totally markers I would not let my kids use!
Munbyn Thermal Bluetooth Printer
If you do any online sales and shipping, this little cutie is exactly what you need.
If you like labeling things, making simple stickers or need address labels, this is the thermal printer for you too!
I love my Munbyn Thermal Bluetooth Printer
Check out my full tutorial post here.
I love this Sublimation WALAPress Oven from Heat Transfer Warehouse!
If you are getting interest in sublimation, this is the product you want.
It can sublimate all the different sizes of tumblers, tapered and handled.
This can do dog bowls, keychains and all the fun things--it does have limitations, it's not a press, so you need to cover blanks in shrink plastic.
This fabulous HTVRont auto heat press would look great under the Christmas tree for you!
I got mine last year and absolutely love it.
It's big, takes up a shelf, but so worth it for pressing all the things.
Great for sublimation, heat transfer vinyl, iron-on and Infusible Ink.
If you've got one on your list, now is the perfect time to snag one!
The HTVRont Auto Tumbler Heat Press is perfect for 16, 20 and 30 ounce straight walled tumblers, glass beer cans and ceramic mugs.
If you are doing lots of sublimation tumblers, this baby is awesome!
It's a compact size, so it doesn't take up much real estate.
It's easy to use and turns out gorgeous sublimation tumblers in minutes.
We R Memory Keepers Cinch Binding Machine
I absolutely love my Cinch Binding Tool.
I don't use it all the time, but I make about 50 cinch bound notebooks every year, so I love having it around.
You'll need 2:1 ratio binding wires and lots of paper, chipboard or cardstock.
Sublimation Printer
There's a lot of awesome dedicated sublimation printers on the market right now.
I haven't researched any of them, but I totally love my Epson eco-tank printer converted into a Sublimation printer.
And I use Hiipoo Sublimation Ink.
With a sublimation printer, you need to be printing out regularly, like every day...or at least 3x a week in order to prevent clogging.
Trust me on this.
Check out more about converting a printer here.
