It's easy to make and takes less than an hour from start to finish. This post is going to be short, I'm tired and I want the recipe set in stone. But I'm excited because I love pecan pie...but don't need all the gelatinous goo in the pie filling. These pecan bars have the shortbread, the sugar and the nuts, so it's the perfect little bite size treat. It's great for sharing at parties or freezing for later.
