Yum Yum Deviled Eggs are a pre-war food that comes in a box package in the Fallout Video Game Universe.
They restore 20 hit points at a cost of 2 radiation. Totally worth it.
INGREDIENTS NEEDED FOR YUM YUM DEVILED EGGS:
- 12 Eggs (Boiled and Peeled)
- Dukes Light Mayonnaise (1/2 Cup)
- Dill Pickles (2-3 Pickles diced)
- Pepper
- Salt
- Paprika
- Mustard (1 tablespoon)
- Green Onion
STEP 1: EGG YOLKS
Begin by cutting each boiled and peeled egg in half.
Remove the yolk and place it in a mixing bowl, repeat for all 12 of the hard cooked eggs.
You can mix your yolk mixture in a food processor if you want a smooth filling, you can also omit the pickles for extra smoothness.
I love it a little chunky with chopped up pickles topped with green onion.
STEP 2: MIX INGREDIENTS
Mix the egg yolks with 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of mustard, chopped up pickles and salt and pepper to taste.
After mixing thoroughly, fill the egg white halves with a scoop of the yolk mixture.
If you blend the filling really smooth, you can put it in a piping bag and squeeze out the perfect dollop like frosting.
Top with a sprinkle of paprika and green onions!
Enjoy!
YumYum Deviled Eggs pair perfectly with some Orange Mentats, Berry Mentats or Grape Mentats (depending on your vice), Radstag Stew and topped off with a little dirty water!
If you are out in the wasteland in the Fallout series games (Fallout 4, New Vegas, or Fallout 76), you can't make your own deviled eggs with a mirelurk egg, you have to find the packaged Pre-War food.
