Increase circulation and reduce arthritis hand pain today!
I received 5 new pair of compression gloves to review and benefit from, but all opinions are my own.
As someone that suffers with arthritis and joint pain myself, I was eager to try these gloves and the short answer is that I love them.
Arthritis Relief:
Back in 2022 I started swimming every day, which strengthened my lungs and arms...but with the adverse effects of waking up with stiff, enflamed, swollen hands and joint pain even in the much too cool water.
So much so, that I decided to stop swimming and let my hands and wrists recover...they never have, I still wake up with tight, swollen hands.
I discovered these gentle compression gloves and they are awesome for helping with my arthritis pain, blood flow and joint soreness first thing in the morning.
They say it's like a hug for your hands, and they are right!
The compression is ideal, just a gentle squeeze, not like a tight corset or other compression products...these gloves feel like a cotton with stretch shirt, holding all my fingers and joints in bliss.

ARTHRITIS IS VERY COMMON:
It's said that nearly 22% of the adult population has some kind of arthritis!
Arthritis is such a frustrating condition, and honestly, I never really thought about it much until I saw how it affects people around me. Most people think arthritis is just for old people, but that’s not true—anyone can get it, even young people! It’s basically when your joints get inflamed, which can make them stiff, swollen, and super painful. There are actually over 100 different types of arthritis, but the most common ones are osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.
Osteoarthritis happens when the cartilage (which is like a cushion between your bones) wears down over time. This kind usually happens as people get older or if they’ve had injuries. Then there’s rheumatoid arthritis, which is actually an autoimmune disease. That means the body’s immune system attacks its own joints by mistake, which causes a lot of pain and damage over time. Imagine your body fighting against itself all the time.
People with arthritis often have trouble doing simple things, like opening jars, writing, or even walking when it gets really bad. It’s really frustrating because there’s no cure, just ways to manage the pain, like medication, physical therapy, and lifestyle changes. Some people even have to get surgery if it gets really serious.
What’s really important is that people with arthritis aren’t ignored. Just because you can’t always see someone’s pain doesn’t mean it’s not there. It’s inspiring to see how strong people with arthritis are because they deal with pain every day and still push through. Hopefully, with more research and awareness, scientists will find better treatments or even a cure one day. Until then, we should all be kind and understanding to people dealing with it because you never know how much pain they might be hiding behind a smile.
HOW TO GET THE RIGHT FIT GLOVES:
Grace & Able has a very good sizing chart and system for measuring your hands to get the correct fit for your gloves and wrist braces. (See: Find your Fit tab at the top of the website)
The gloves should have a snug fit, but not increase any pain, the correct size makes all the difference.
The right size glove is the best way to get all day comfort for everyday tasks, and full hand function for everyday activities.
I wear my gloves while I'm typing and texting and doing office work (like playing Fallout 76).
I wear them while I craft--the open fingertips give me complete freedom while I'm working, painting and crafting.
That's it!
I totally love the relief and comfort I get from Grace & Able compression gloves from my arthritis, they are absolutely worth getting more than one pair.
They are comfortable for long term wear and the open fingers make it so that absolutely no functionality is lost.
I keep a pair by my desk, at my laptop, on my bedstand and at my craft table, so there is always relief nearby if I don't already have some on my hands.
If you've struggled with joint paint or arthritis, give them a try--I think you will be pleasantly surprised!
I am excited that after three years of enduring joint pain and arthritis, I have a solution that is not only comfortable, it's cute too!
