The Snuggly Duckling!

 We love Tangled!  We love Rapunzel!

Check out these hair clips we made!

And yes, the Snuggly Duckling sign!

Someday I will make a full sized carved sign for the yard...but until then!

We did 2 and gave one as a gift...

My 8 year old daughter and I...

curly wood boards...

cut with the silhouette on contact paper

 barely visible...

 Painted the words first...

 Then the duck yellow...

 Then filled in background and free handed the cattails...

yes, my 8 year old daughter did one herself too!

 Let them dry...

 One departed just like that...

for the keeper (my daughters)

we added 2 screw eyes and some brown ribbon to hang it!
