Green Eggs and Other Dr. Seuss Day Ideas!

I totally love Dr. Seuss books!
Of course the most classic is Green Eggs and Ham.
I made some boiled eggs...and just used a couple drops of green food coloring.

Of course, it would be much better if you just added an avocado or 2!

I put it in a piping bag with a big tip...and piped it back into the eggs!

Sprinkled with some smoked paprika...so yummy!

Goes great with ham!
