Leather Rhinestone Cuff Bracelets!
Add some glam to your wrist!

For each cuff you will need:
9" by 1.25" a strip of Light Weight Black Leather
Triple Gem Rhinestone Connectors ($1.95 ea.)
Snaps for closure...we used metal snaps,
but even plastic snaps work with light weight leather.
This is the plastic snap set I have...

Okay, let's get started.
I used a metal ruler, cutting mat and rotary cutter to cut my leather to size.
It's 1.25 inches wide and 9 inches long.
Measure your wrist though...that's the best way to make something that fits!
Once my leather was cut, I used scissors to gently round off the corners.
We set it with snaps...again, we used metal...but plastic work too!
Now we have a basic cuff.
Next we cut 2 small pieces.
They are 1/2 inch wide and  about 1.5 inches long.
Punched holes in each end.
The leather piece slips through the rhinestone connector and back over itself.
Then it is riveted on the cuff with a diamond rivet.
These rhinestone connectors are most often seen on baby headbands!
I love using things in unusual ways!

After setting the first side, stretch the connector while the bracelet is being worn
and mark where the other side should rivet on.
Then punch the hole and set the second rivet holding the connector.
The connector will loosen when the cuff is not snapped in a circle...
Then admire!  They look beautiful!
Perfect mix of biker chic and rhinestone glam!
I love leather cuffs!
Awesome, why not make a few to give as gifts!
