Star Wars BB8 Succulent Planter!

I love this little BB8, so I'm doing a full week of super fun Star Wars inspired crafts!

My daughter designed the image and you can get it here:

It includes the silhouette studio cut files to make this project really easy!

Cut the vinyl on the silhouette.

I found this mug with a bubble/rock pattern already on it.

Just weeded the vinyl and used transfer tape to transfer
the image to the mug.

When applying vinyl on a curved surface there is some amount
 of stretching and working that needs to happen.

Then remove the transfer tape and rub it down with your finger.

Because I put plastic/vinyl on the mug I wanted to be sure it wasn't used
 for food...or in the microwave or dishwasher...so I turned it
 into a darling succulent planter!
Then I filled the bottom 1/3 with gravel.
Then potting soil and a cute little succulent.
Just like I did here on Belle's chipped cup!

 Super cute touch!
